MVP development for founders and product teams
We help founders and product teams transform ideas into production-ready MVPs and scalable digital platforms. From product architecture and UX through full-stack development, we build systems that validate fast and form a real foundation for long-term growth — not throwaway prototypes.
Products & platforms engineered across 12+ industries
Active Android users on a single platform we shipped (Crangle)
Government contracts won by users of RFPilot
MVPs that grew into real platforms
From a vertical SaaS replacing legacy ops, to a cross-platform planning tool with six-figure active users, to a govtech platform driving eight-figure customer outcomes — these are MVPs that compounded.
Haulvana
An all-in-one operational platform for modern waste management. Drag-and-drop dispatch, driver app with offline mode and proof-of-service, real-time asset tracking, smart billing with AR automation, customer self-service portal, and a live ops dashboard — replacing fragmented legacy systems with one coherent product.

Discover how structured MVP development compounds into a real platform
Production-grade from v1
We build the kind of foundation that lets a product reach six-figure active users without a re-architecture (see Crangle).
Mobile + web in one team
Cross-platform delivery — React Native paired with the web product — so the MVP can launch where the customer actually is.
Validation built into the build
Subscription flows, analytics, and operator dashboards land with the MVP so traction is measurable from day one.
Architecture for scale
The same Haulvana stack that handles dispatch + driver app + billing today is what you grow on tomorrow.
Measurable outcomes from MVPs that became platforms
Active Android users
on Crangle cross-platform crane planner
Contracts won by users
across RFPilot government contracting platform
User funds managed

MVP development — common questions
How long does it take to build an MVP?
A focused MVP (one core workflow, web only, basic auth + payments) ships in 6–10 weeks. A more ambitious MVP that includes mobile + web + a real backend — like Haulvana with dispatch, billing, and a driver app — runs 3–5 months. Crangle started as a web MVP and grew into web + iOS + Android with 100K+ active users; the timeline grows with the platform surface, not just with the feature list.
What does MVP development cost?
Costs depend on scope. A single-platform MVP (web only, one persona) costs less than a multi-platform MVP (web + native mobile + admin) or one with heavy AI infrastructure (Haulvana-style). After a free tech audit we deliver a transparent estimate against specific milestones, not a vague range. We do not quote a single number on a marketing page because honest pricing requires understanding what you actually need built.
What is included in MVP development?
Product architecture, UX design, full-stack engineering, basic auth and payments, and a deployment pipeline you can actually push to. Crangle, Haulvana, and RFPilot all shipped as production deployments, not "demos." We do not consider an MVP "done" until you can take a real user through end-to-end.
Will the MVP scale into a real product, or will we have to rebuild?
That is the design intent. The Haulvana stack that handles dispatch + driver app + billing today is what scales to more haulers tomorrow. The Crangle architecture supported 100K+ active Android users without a rewrite. We build MVPs that are deliberately understated in scope but production-architected — auth, payments, observability, deployment all real from v1.
Do you build mobile MVPs (iOS + Android) too, or only web?
Both, on the same product team. Crangle ships on web, iOS, and Android with one backlog. Haulvana ships a web ops platform plus a React Native driver app. We use React Native + Expo for mobile so the engineering team can ship to both stores from a single codebase.
How do you decide what to ship in the MVP vs save for later?
We start with the user's most painful workflow and the smallest end-to-end loop that proves the product idea. Everything else is roadmap. The discipline is saying "no" to features that look obviously useful but do not validate the core hypothesis. That is what separates an MVP that learns from a "v1" that just costs money.
